Derek Maguire is Managing Director of the Irish Mortgage Corporation, having co-founded the firm in 1990. In recent years, Derek has taken a special interest in the growth and development of MoneyCoach, the financial services arm of Irish Mortgage Corporation. He is a Chartered Accountant, QFA and is a Certified Financial Planner.
Derek Maguire is Managing Director of the Irish Mortgage Corporation, having co-founded the firm in 1990. A former Laois Senior Footballer, he is very active in GAA coaching and supporting underage sport.

With over 5 years of experience in this role across various banks and brokerages, he derives great satisfaction from helping people purchase their first homes, understanding the immense emotional significance of owning one’s own property. Prior to becoming a Mortgage Advisor, Conor worked for 2 years as a mortgage underwriter, equipping him with a comprehensive understanding of the mortgage process from inception to completion. Academically, he holds a Bachelor of Arts (Honours) from NUI Galway and is APA qualified. Outside of his professional sphere, Conor is an avid outdoor enthusiast, relishing activities like running, hiking, and camping.
Dylan has recently joined IMC as our mortgage support role where previously he spent 3 years in PTSB as a mortgage expert, assessing and recommending mortgage applications for credit approval. Dyaln is currently APA’d having completed regulation, loans, investments, pensions and life assurance.
Working towards his full QFA with financial planning exam in September. In his spare time, he plays football in the League of Ireland First Division for Athlone Town FC and have been playing football at a professional level since 2016, previously he played for Longford Town, Warrenpoint, Dundalk & Chesterfield in the UK.

Currently, Paula is embracing a part-time work schedule, which allows her the freedom to dedicate several days each week to her passion for painting in her home art studio. She is responsible for Life process for the Mortgage team and Money coach.
Louise has a wealth of experience with over 30 years in the Life Assurance Industry.
Before joining IMC, she worked in and various Life companies in roles such as Admin, Broker Consultant Project & Product Manager.
Louise joined us from a Financial Advisor where she had worked for 14 years as office Manager and head of Admin. She is a Qualified Financial Advisor.

As a member of our Completions Team, Meghan helps clients through the closing process of their mortgage. She previously worked in Broker Ireland Network Services, gaining good insights into the overall Irish Mortgage market.
She has achieved her APA qualifications in Loans and Life Assurance.

Kalem Clarke joined the team as a mortgage administrator with IMC recently and is already an integral member of the completions team. Formerly a student at UCD he is currently working towards getting his QFA exams.
Kalem has over 5 years experience within the financial planning industry. He is a Qualified Financial Advisor (QFA) and has experience in a wide range of financial products such as protection, pensions, investments and group risk/pension schemes. Kalem is dedicated to providing a professional service to clients and ensuring that the mortgage protection process runs as smoothly as possible.
Outside of the office, Kalem is a big music fan, having attended hundreds of gigs since he was 10 years old. He is also a fan of home workouts and making the most of his spare time by travelling abroad whenever he can.
