Fahid Saleem12 August 2026I genuinely cannot recommend Paddy at IMC highly enough. We came to Paddy after another broker had left us feeling like our mortgage was going nowhere and that the chances of getting the home we wanted were basically zero. From the very first conversation, Paddy completely changed that. He took the time to properly understand our circumstances, our income, the structure of our application and what was actually achievable. Instead of simply looking at the difficulties and saying no, he looked for solutions. He gave us hope when we had almost none left and, incredibly, within around two weeks we went from thinking the mortgage might not happen at all to receiving mortgage approval. Throughout the entire process Paddy was professional, knowledgeable, responsive and, most importantly, genuinely invested in getting the right result for us. Mortgage applications can be extremely stressful, especially when there are more complicated circumstances involved, but having someone who understands the lending process and knows how to present an application properly makes an enormous difference. For us, Paddy didn't just arrange a mortgage. He helped make something possible that another broker had made us believe was out of reach. Myself and Mehwish will always be extremely grateful to him for the work he put in and for giving our family the opportunity to move forward with our new home. If you've been declined, told your case is too complicated, or simply want a broker who will actually fight your corner and explore every realistic option, speak to Paddy at IMC.
