Buying our first home in Ireland has been quite a journey, and having someone patient and supportive on our side has made a big difference. Damien took the time to understand our situation, explore our options and keep working with us even when things were not as straightforward as we had hoped. Our mortgage amount changed a few times during the process, but Damien kept looking for a way forward and worked hard to get us to a better position with the lender. We really appreciated his patience, communication and the fact that we could always come back to him with questions. He never made us feel like we were just another application.
